Paramount pumped our aerobic system at the home we were selling and the conventional system at the property we are purchasing and did a fantastic job with both! They worked hard to accommodate our timelines, were knowledgeable and SO helpful about the processes + recommendations! They went above and beyond to help this be as smooth as possible! I had another company I used before I contacted Paramount. Honestly I had no complaints because this is our first house on septic so I didn’t know any better; when I called them again to have it pumped again they ghosted me; which turned out to be a good thing because I came across Paramount. Megan was knowledgeable and really nice; they put me on a reminder schedule (which we definitely need). The gentleman who came and pumped (I’m sorry I forgot your name) was also very nice and gave me more information. So thank you guys for all your help!
