Randy and the guys at big 3 really came through for me . The car was perfect and they went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with the work. I can’t thank them enough , I won’t take my car any where else .

Cannot stress enough what a professional, well-put-together, and exemplary location the Big 3 Collision shop is; whether you need quality repairs or a trustworthy lot for an insurance claim and appropriate payout, they will go out of there way to make it transparently clear what your options are, and strive to make it right when circumstances go horribly wrong. No one wants to need work done, but when work needs getting done - this is the place you want, no doubts, regrets, or hesitation. They are seasoned professionals with years of experience and rapport under their belt and do Michigan's automotive scene proud.

They replaced a broken reflector on the fender/bumper and went above and beyond. When replacing the reflector, they also fixed the bumper that I didn’t know needed repair and shined the bumper at no extra charge. Great customer service!
