The virtue of a good business model is when service is flawless and the customer feels like they have been treated with professionalism, given knowledge of the product, kindness, great service, transparency, honesty, welcomed and respect. From the moment we called Richard to the time we met him(the next day) to the time our car was ready(2 hours later), he was humble, patient, shared all the details and understood the urgency of the situation and made time for us. They were punctual, very kind, well priced and - quite frankly though juggling many things at once, dealt with each customer with proper attention and professional service. The cleanliness of the shop is just the cherry on top. Richard and his team are great! He has replaced two of my windshields and didn’t hesitate to help me out when I needed it. Speedy, friendly, and accommodating service. Saw him on Friday and the job was done Monday. I drive from out of town to specifically come here. My new windshield is immaculate and I appreciated they put everything back the way it was.
